Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I was surprised by the layout of the rooms with a long hallway that made it feel more like an apartment than a traditional hotel room. They were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious compared to typical Japanese standards. Initially a bit stuffy, but opening the window let in the fresh air, making it much more pleasant.
The hotel offers spacious and convenient rooms, but initially a bit stuffy until we figured out how to open the windows for fresh air. The service was lacking attention to details and English support, with some staff appearing impolite. The location was perfect for snow activities despite some closures, and the basement restaurant with ice castle attractions was a lovely touch. The dining experience ranged from awesome Indian dishes to disappointing buffet quality. Overall, a good value for the amenities provided.
The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms while being a bit pricey for the slightly dated furniture. The service is friendly and efficient, although lacking a bit during check-out. The location is excellent for enjoying Furano mountain activities, and the dining experience is superb except for the ballroom setting. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers gorgeous views of the mountain and snowcapped trees, although the interior design is a bit dated. The rooms facing the scenic mountain slopes used for skiing in winter provide a solemn ambiance akin to a funeral home.
